Meal Plan Monday

This is my 500th post! Seems like it ought to be more exciting than a meal plan, but that's all I seem to be able to blog about these days. I keep meaning to get back to blogging more... maybe one of these days. Until then, hope you are at least enjoying my menus! :)

Grilled Salmon Fillets (didn't have this last week-- I decided to make some yummy football food and ended up setting off all the smoke detectors with my awesome frying skills! No fire, just lots and lots of smoke. Whoops!)
