Declan James Tyler arrived Wednesday, July 27th at 8:38 pm via c-section. He was 7 lbs. 10 oz. and 21 inches long. We were hoping for a VBAC but after some deceleration in his heartbeat, the doctor decided we needed a c-section. I'm so thankful to God for Dr. Thompson and his quick decision making because there ended up being some complications, which I'll elaborate on when I tell his whole birth story. Thankfully, we are both healthy and we are very happy to have Declan here with us.
